If you’d like to contribute to GROW Live 2026, you can apply to launch a podcast, host a live show, take part in a live interview, or run a 2-hour online session.
Applications close on Friday 31st July 2026.
The FREE 5-Day Podcasting Challenge (Monday–Friday)
Running alongside GROW Live, this free challenge is open to everyone — no podcast, experience, or equipment needed. Each day includes short, practical content and one simple action to help you explore podcasting, build confidence, and connect with the podcasting community.
