If you want to offer or attract sponsorship, you need a clear way to explain what you do.
That’s where a media kit comes in.
It doesn’t need to be complicated—it just needs to be clear.
What should a media kit include?
Here’s a simple structure:
- About the podcast What is it about, and who is it for?
- The audience Who listens, and why does it matter?
- Sponsorship options What can someone actually do? (Starter, Growth, Partner)
- Pricing guidance Even a simple range helps (e.g. £25–£300+)
- Examples What does a sponsorship sound or look like?
- Values and fit What kind of sponsors are you looking for?
- Contact details How can someone get involved?
Start with what you have
If you don’t have sponsors yet, include your own business, community, or charity as an example.
This shows how sponsorship works in practice.
Keep it short
One or two pages is enough.
The goal is to help someone quickly understand: – Who your audience is – Why it aligns with them – How they can be part of it
Clarity makes it easier for people to say yes!
