Reflecting on a Year of Growth: Highlights from GROW Radio in 2023

As we look back on 2023, we’re thrilled to share with you the highlights of our year. From launching our podcast services & ESG policy to sponsoring events and partnering with organisations to make a difference, it was an incredible year for GROW Radio.

Growing our community on social media

We connected with our listeners on social media and expanded our online community. Our social media channels provided a platform for our listeners to connect with each other and share their experiences, and we’re grateful for the support and enthusiasm of our community.

Featuring podcasts from many countries across the world

We featured podcasts from many countries across the world. We’re proud to provide a platform for diverse voices and perspectives, and we’re committed to continuing to amplify these voices in the years to come.

Launching our ESG policy

We launched our own ESG policy, outlining our commitments to environmental, social, and governance issues. We’re proud to be doing our part in creating a better world.

Holding two meetings for our hosts to give feedback and ideas

We held two meetings with our hosts to gather feedback and ideas for creating even more engaging content. We’re excited to continue collaborating with our hosts in the future.

Partnering with organisations to make a difference

We partnered with organisations that align with our values, from supporting sustainability initiatives to promoting social justice. We’re proud to be using our platform to make a difference.

Sponsoring Duggyfest in May

We were proud to sponsor Duggyfest, a festival promoting personal growth and well-being. It was an amazing opportunity to connect with like-minded individuals and share our mission.

Sponsoring Leam PhotoFest 2023 in June

We were proud to sponsor Leam PhotoFest 2023. Leamington PhotoFest is a national photography competition and exhibition—a visual celebration of all that is special and beautiful in our world!

Launching the GROW Radio Marketplace

We launched the GROW Radio Marketplace, a members-only community for our listeners. Members have access to exclusive content, discounts on merchandise, and other perks. We’re excited to continue to provide value to our community through the GROW Radio Marketplace.

Creating a range of resources to support our community

We created a range of resources to support our community, including a monthly free webinar, blogs, and talks that are available on our YouTube channel. Our goal is to provide even more value to our community and help them on their personal growth journey.

Being a media partner at the BSN Conference in October

We were thrilled to be a media partner at the BSN Conference. We were inspired by the speakers and attendees and learned so much about the latest trends and ideas in the personal development and growth space. We also had the opportunity to interview and showcase the speakers and attendees on GROW Radio.

Live Streaming from Events

We have streamed from 3 events this year (DuggyFest, BSN Awards 2023 and BSN Conference 2023). All of these gave the events opportunities to showcase their events on GROW Radio and to give their audiences a chance to engage with them even if they were not able to be there in person.

So to wrap up…

2023 was an incredible year for GROW Radio. We grew our online community, featured diverse voices and perspectives, launched our ESG policy, held meetings for our hosts, launched the GROW Radio Marketplace, sponsored Duggyfest, Leam PhotoFest and Woman Who Chat Podcast, created a range of resources to support our community, were a media partner at the BSN Conference, and celebrated our first birthday.

We’re excited to continue providing value and inspiration to our community in the years to come.

Hope you had a great 2023 and here’s to 2024!
