New Shows Must Be Uploaded Weekly

As a radio station, GROW Radio requires all podcast episodes to be manually uploaded to our server each week—we cannot pull episodes directly from an RSS feed.

Why? Unlike traditional podcast platforms, radio scheduling requires direct file uploads to ensure smooth broadcasting.

This means:
You must send your new episode each week by the deadline.
We do not pull episodes automatically from Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or RSS feeds.
No episode? No problem! Your show will air as scheduled with the most recent episode available.

FAQs – Everything You Need to Know

Do I keep full control of my podcast?
Yes! You retain full ownership and control of your content. GROW Radio does not claim any rights—we simply help you reach more listeners by broadcasting your podcast.

Can I change my membership level?
Absolutely! You can upgrade or downgrade at any time. If you switch plans, the changes will take effect from your next billing cycle.

What happens if I don’t upload a new episode?
As a radio station, we require weekly episode uploads. If you miss 4 consecutive weeks, your slot will be removed, and you’ll need to reapply and pay the reactivation fee (£25) to be reinstated.

If you’re on the Done-for-You or Premium Plan, we’ll remind you to send in your episodes. If you don’t submit a new episode, we’ll rebroadcast your most recent episode instead.

Can I cancel anytime?
Yes! You can cancel your membership at any time. If you decide to leave, just let us know, and we’ll remove your show from the schedule.

Can GROW Radio pull my podcast episodes from my RSS feed?
No—because we are a radio station, all podcast episodes must be manually uploaded to our server each week. We do not pull content automatically from Apple Podcasts, Spotify, or RSS feeds.

When do I need to submit my episode each week?
To ensure your show airs as scheduled, episodes must be submitted by Sunday at 6 PM each week. Late submissions may result in your previous episode being rebroadcast.

How should I send my podcast episodes to GROW Radio?
We encourage all podcasters to store their episodes in a shared drive such as Dropbox, iCloud, or Google Drive. This allows us to easily access and upload your episodes each week without you needing to send files manually. Simply provide us with the shared folder link, and we’ll take care of the rest.

How will I know when my podcast airs?
Once approved, you’ll receive your dedicated broadcast slot and a schedule. You’ll also be featured in our “Explore Our Shows” section so listeners can find your podcast easily.

Can I promote my podcast on GROW Radio’s social media?
Yes! If you’re on the Premium Plan, we’ll promote each new episode across our social media platforms. If you’d like extra promotion, you can add a social media promotion package to any plan.

What if I need help with podcast editing or production?
