Green Radio will make sure that we are running a sustainable organisation that is giving back to our people and the planet.

Use these events to build awareness of GROW Radio and attract listeners, hosts, guests, sponsors and to talk about podcasts to people who might not know what they are.
Increase sign ups to 100 podcasters and host a quarterly on-line event for our hosts and sponsors
Continue to sign up podcasts to GROW Radio plus hold quarterly purely for our hosts and sponsors.
Phase Four: January 2024 – December 2024
Launch sustainability dashboard for podcasters
In conjunction with Make Good Grow, we will launch our sustainability dashboard for all of our hosts and sponsors.
Launch GROW Radio Club
Create a membership site that supports people who are interested in learning about Podcasting, becoming a guest on a podcast and improving their podcasting skills or shows.
Launch Mobile App on IOS and Google Play
If successful and there is a need for it, launch a mobile app in September 2024

GROW Hubs will be Podcast training and recording studios based around the U.K.

To bring all of our hosts, listeners and podcasters on our Podcast Guest Directory, we will be hosting an event over multiple days to celebrate them.
Launch GROW Challenges
GROW Challenges is an empowering platform that brings together individuals to take on extraordinary physical feats while raising funds for remarkable charities. Join our community, push your limits, and make a lasting impact through transformative challenges
Launch GROW Gives Back
GROW Gives Back will give people who are looking to start their podcast a chance to start their show with the support of GROW Radio. This includes supplying them with equipment, software and support.
Increase sign ups to 300 podcasters
Continue to sign up podcasts to GROW Radio plus hold quarterly purely for our hosts and sponsors.
Phase Six: January 2027 – December 2028
Launch GROW Radio Awards
GROW Radio will be hosting an one-off event to celebrate those involved within the Podcasting community in 2027.
Launch Sporting Event
As part of GROW Challenges Gary will take on a sporting event to raise money and awareness for 5 charities in 2028.
Increase to 5 GROW Hubs
We will aim to have 5 GROW Hubs that will be offering Podcast training and recording studios based around the U.K.

Phase One: May- September 2022
Launch website in June 2022 ✅
The website must have areas to explore our shows, become a guest on one of the podcasts. Advertising and sponsorship packages plus details of the different phases.
Sign up 35 podcasters to GROW Radio ✅
We need a minimum of 35 podcasts to launch GROW Radio on 14th September to ensure we have coverage between 8am – 6pm Monday- Friday (Weekends could be used for repeats).
Launch radio station on 14th September ✅
To launch GROW Radio, we need to make sure we have enough podcasts signed up, advertising in place as well as music which will be placed in between the shows.
Phase Two: September – December 2022
Sponsor conference, events and podcasts ✅
Use conferences, events and podcast sponsorship as a way of both raising awareness of GROW Radio and supporting their events, communities and shows.
Increase sign ups to 50 podcasters and host an on-line event for our hosts and sponsors (NOT MET)
Continue to sign up podcasts to GROW Radio plus hold the first event purely for our hosts and sponsors.
